For those who may be interested I have included a work in progress section in which I will occasionally include pictures of the progress obtained during a particular project. These pages may take a little time to load because of the number of pictures contained within them.

Canvas has been given a coat of pale grey. A quick basic drawing of subject which was then sprayed with a light coat of satin varnish.
Basic blocking in of colour
Adding tone and some minor detail
If you have not guessed by now, Dave does things in his own way and in what ever order that takes his fancy. Still we are making progress of sorts.
Who chose to include the dogs bed in the painting? As I am to blame I better get on with it and stop moaning.
A couple of good days sees a little more progress. I am happy with the dog beds even though they were a right pain in the ar ar artist's behind.
Starting work on the dogs, this one is called Teddy Bear ( Don't ask me the wife named them ) She is the nervous and grumpy one.
More work on Teddy Bear.
Dumpling making an appearance ( I know but I said the wife named them, could have something to do with eating habits, the dogs that is)
More work on Dumpling she is laid back in her approach to the world.
Looking at the angle of the picture my drinking habits are a bit suspect. Close to finishing the main areas of the dogs .
I doubt you will see much difference from here on. Mainly fiddling about to suit my tastes and as always I shall ignore everyone else's.
Honest I have done some more to it.
Okay that is it, the picture is telling me to stop. I know that sounds daft, pictures can't speak, did I say I was sane? No and mine do and it said time to stop so I have.
