Reincarnations Wave
Washed in on reincarnation wave, I came
ashore
Upon this desolate tormented plane once more
To serve out karmic time for things once done
Good, Bad, indifferent, my prizes won
Day by day countless battles are there to fight
Until by my hand and will I get it right
Heavy heart, tear filled eyes, what's the sense
To be found in this my recompense?
You can take from me that which I hold dear
Give me rules; fill me with dread and fear
Mind questions the need and use of life
If all it be is pain and forever strife
What is it these crying eyes hide from me?
What is this, your great plan I cannot see?
Where is your love and divining grace?
Where is forgiveness your tender embrace?
These questions my God I will ask of thee
Will you as my creator deem to answer me?
Or will I forever ride reincarnations wave?
My lives be nothing more then Karma's slave?
On reincarnation wave, I come once more
Turned away from your heavenly door
To search long and hard for hidden key
That I may come and sit with thee.
