Tear Soaked Pillow
Tear soaked pillow, heart felt grief
Of pains deep sorrow, no relief
Years of relentless torment, abuse
Suffered silence, loves misuse
Why must this I alone, endure
Of life's future be unsure
Tomorrow's gift only fear
Tomorrow's end another tear
Until at last I want life no more
A shutting of this terrors door
Gone will be pain, tears, sorrow
Joy, laughter mine by the morrow
Shed not a single tear for me
For in God's hands I will be.
