Despite claims to the contrary healers are not healers they channel energy. It is the "energy" which heals not the person. As a person who has channelled healing energy and had success doing so, I cannot deny its existence. I can however say not all illnesses can be cured and some successes can be put down to placebo / self-healing. The how and why may not be so important as the fact there was a cure. In my case the energy could be seen as a blue light by those who could see it. It could also be felt by some but not all as a source of heat. My experience was that no belief / faith was require by the person being healed, I did however have to believe in my ability for the energy to flow freely.
Whether it is down to Karma, the need to experience, the will of God or just bad luck some illness cannot be cured by healers.
One must never suggest that someone should not seek or prevent anyone from seeking medical advice if anything this should be the first course of action.
As with clairvoyants there are fraudulent people out there amongst the genuine ones. High charges are not a sign of a good healer but may be a sign to avoid them. Many good healers do not charge or advertise so choose carefully and wisely.
Never ever stop medical treatment just because you are seeing a healer. If you believe a cure has taken place check with your doctor and then under their advice adjust any medication.
My advice is not down to a lack of belief, it is one of common sense and a understanding that the medical profession would not exist if it had no purpose. It does not go against enlightenment it is part and parcel of it.
