Much like past lives this subject contradicts itself if you believe you are spirit. Why? simple, spirit cannot / does not die therefore cannot have more then one life and even that life is not as we understand life to be. The body however does die in the sense it goes through nature's recycling process. The spirit experiences many physical life spans but itself has only life. The body experiences only one life scan although its basic components may experience more then one therefore the body has no past lives. The choice is yours, are you body or spirit? you cannot have it both ways. Think of reincarnation as the spirit experiencing another life experience not another life.
