The answer to this question really depends on what is acceptable proof. If you want science to provide an answer by repeatable experiments then you will be disappointed. Spirit we are led to believe is not physical therefore it is unlikely to be detectable by physical means. So if this is your criterion Spirit will always remain in the realms of fiction. That is unless at some point in the future we are able devise a device capable of detecting something that is not of physical origin. Personally I do not accept that the Spiritual and Physical realms are separated from each other by some form of frontier. What I see is an oneness of which both the physical and spiritual realms belong. I am by nature a sceptic with a mind that works on logic. My own personal experiences challenged that scepticism and logic defying my efforts to understand the why's and how's of these experiences. There were times when I considered the possibility that I was lying to myself seeking comfort in a fantasyland conjured up by a troubled mind. The mind is a powerful thing but too many external events occurred and although my physical ego would have loved to be credited with such power I had to accept that some other force was responsible.
It is not hard to find personal proof, but it is impossible to provide proof for another. Any attempt will be met with an equal amount of evidence to discredit what you have to offer. There is only one person that knows the truth in your words and that is you. We may be able to convince others we speak the truth, but any untruths will surely accompany the fear of being found out. In the search for our spirit it is important to be honest with ourselves. Rather then blindly accepting we are spirit, we need to understand what being a spirit entails. This may sound a silly thing to say, but how can we expect to find something we know nothing about. How many of us really know and our acceptance is based on the words of another.
Our spirit is found looking inwards knowing all there is about ourselves and being honest about what we find. For me spirit is a fact and I found it by allowing the love contained within myself to flow. By allowing myself to simply "be" rather then allowing outer forces dictate what I should be. I cannot prove to yourselves that spirit exists. Only by undertaken this task ourselves will we find the proof we seek. A good place to start is by recognizing that love starts inside and the first person to love is yourself. Without that first step love cannot flow freely. How does one know when they have found spirit? Simply because we will no longer have a need to ask.
Spirit and Ghost are not the same thing although they are often confused as such. Spirit is that part of us (or more correctly is who and what we are) which does not die. A Ghost is the product of a person or persons creative thought induced either by a person or the resonating memory of an object. Although believed to be seen, heard or felt the symptoms are produced within the brain appearing to be real rather then being a reality. I hasten to add that to the person experiencing these symptoms they appear and feel real enough and the source of those experiences may well be external to themselves. Those experiences however have no connection with a spirit nor do they originate from spirit side. A term that is often used is evil spirit, there is no such thing and anyone truly understanding the concept of spirit knows that evil only exists within the physical and can only be reproduced by physical means. Ghost by their very nature are a product of the physical therefore can be portrayed as evil. People can be convinced of their nature and the effect it can have thereby be effected by it. The source of this evil however is always physical and more often then not human. We fear the unknown leaving ourselves open to people who exploit that fear. We have only one thing to fear and that is fear itself. Truly understand what Spirit is and you will lose any fear of it.

| Guides |

My own guide he comes to me in the form of one of his incarnations as a priest from the second dynasty of Egypt. I use the term, "My own" loosely because he's a guide to many others. Of all the guides I have met over the last twenty five years he alone takes a personal interest in my life. Even in times of doubt he has remained close, his love, the strength needed to get through some moments in my life, when life itself had lost it's meaning and I no longer wanted to be part of it.

My wife's guide Azon. Azon deals mainly with creative people, the white garment shown is actually over a white robe, and is similar to the type of garment high clerical church members wear, He was part of an order that wrote ornate Scrolls, Decorated with Gold and other colours on the Capital letters. A Scroll once shown contained a prayer, but also a teaching combined. these were done using a quill pen. Exact time period unknown.
